An introduction to Project Dare – the perfect first class to get to know your groove.

 

What you will do:​

  • Explore what it means to dare
  • Put your looks into perspective and open up the possibility you could LOVE your body
  • Learn basic and practical body confidence techniques​

These sessions are inspired by:

  • Drama and movement​ techniques
  • Games and team activities

What you will get:

  • 3 hour session​
  • 1 to 1 feedback from lead Daredevil​
  • A minimum of 2 tools and techniques for building confidence and body confidence

    I booked as I wanted to feel comfortable as I am, I was nervous but it was much less scary than I thought it would be!

    I enrolled because of my extreme self-criticism. I would get fixated on certain areas (body parts) like the stomach, to the expense of anything else.
