I really enjoyed doing the Laban dance styles exercise – usually I’ll be so self conscious and not really want to participate but I found myself really relaxed about it, really enjoying it and able to participate fully. It really helped having examples of what to do. This was my favourite exercise. I appreciate the support given. So happy we did the dancing today – I feel much more free and I feel I’ll be able to participate in more improvisation stuff which has always scared me.

I found today interesting and fun. I tried out some dance moves and a routine that was tricky to keep up.. although I had a right laugh 🙂 Got to put on a cowboy hat which meant I looked the part ha ha! The best part of this workshop was the Dare! I had to act out the blues brothers dance. I had lots of fun and even feel in a good mood.
